Unboiled water & bottles; incorrect dilution. Incorrect storage, handling, preparation & feeding can potentially lead to adverse effects. Prepare 1 bottle at a time. Follow instructions exactly. Feed immediately & discard any leftover milk. Instruct to always hold baby while feeding; leaving baby unattended may cause choking. Cool down the boiled water to about body temp before adding the powd to maintain the number of living cultures. Use the enclosed scoop only. Possible dehydration or proper nutrition deprivation when using more or less powd than indicated. Proportions should not be changed w/o medical advice. Replace 1-2 milk feeds after 6 mth by gradually introducing cereals & progressively vegetables, fruits, meat & fish to baby's diet (depending on individual needs).
